FuntasticThe Funtastic is an annual fundraising event. Hosted up until this year, 2024, by members Alistair and Anne Marie Waddell. It is open to members only and, while its purpose is touted as a way to generate revenue for the club, it is generally viewed by most as a special fun day.
Each team of 4 splits up and competes in singles, doubles, triples and together again as a team of four. Of special note is the extensive spreadsheet used by Alistair to tabulate every game score, every player's score, every end won and other factors too complicated for the mere bowler to understand.
