Return to Play (RTP)

With the move to Stage 3 of the Province's Covid-19 Recovery Strategy, we are able to resume virtually all normal operations while at the same time continuing the remaining self-distancing and other minor Covid-19 safety requirements.

General Limitations

Member Expectations

Until no longer required by the Province, we will continue to record the names and contact information for all players for every occasion they visit the premises.

Kitchen facilities will resume effective July 19, 2021, as will socialization after bowling, subject to social distancing requirements.

Washroom facilities on the Club property are limited to one port-a-pottie. However, the City will allow members to use the facilities located in the former Township of Goulbourn office building adjacent to the Green. Electronic pass keys are located in the Kitchen.

All members must provide signed copies of the Insurance Liability Release and Declaration of Compliance Covid-19 forms.

Any member that tests positive for Covid-19 must immediately notify the Club so that contact tracing can begin.

Play

Effective June 14, 2021, the Club will resume normal play operations and all pre-booking requirements will cease. Members are expected to:
  • be present at the Club no later than 9:15
  • collect their name tags from the board in the Kitchen and deposit them in the appropriate bins so that the Drawmaster has time to prepare the teams for a 9:30 start
  • if necessary, have collected their bowls from the storage shed and be ready to play
  • check the game board posted by the Drawmaster to determine which rink they are playing on and who their Skip and team partners are
